Your Italian caterer and in-home Gastronomy Chef will offer you menus and buffets( up to 50 persons), in which you can discover typical dishes from several Italian regions; home made fresh pasta that I can tailor to your taste; "antipasti" (hors-d’oeuvre) especially prepared and marinaded for your meals; various market flavour risottos served in Reggiano parmesan small dishes; subtle mixes of tastes, such as scampi cappuccino with saffron or rolled sole with arugula pesto; tasty desserts, among which my preferred, the Cannoli with chocolate and ricotta cheese, accompanied with a selection of the finest Italian wines.
